How can I get a billing history for my FortisBC account?

Here’s how to view your billing history for your FortisBC account: 

  1. Log in to your FortisBC online account
  2. Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the My Energy Use or the Billing section. There, you can: 
    • View your past bills 
    • Download invoices (up to 36 months of history in PDF format) 
    • Check your payment history
    • See your energy usage 

If you don’t have an online account yet, you can create one with your FortisBC account number and a valid email address.
