Paperless billing means that you’ll get your gas or electricity bill delivered to your email inbox instead of receiving a physical bill by mail. Receiving paperless bills and offers you some benefits.

  • You’ll have options to sign up for alerts like bill due date reminders and payment confirmation.

How to sign up for paperless billing

Once you’ve signed up for paperless billing, remember to check your spam or junk email folder regularly to make sure important emails, like your bill, don’t get missed.

Manage your online account

On our manage your account online page, you can find some helpful information including how to:

  • open, close or move your account
  • track your energy use
  • view your billing history
  • sign up for the Equal Payment Plan

If you have both gas and electricity accounts with FortisBC, you’ll need to sign up for each account separately. Once you’ve done that, you can access both accounts using the same Account Online login information.
