Due to call volumes, you may experience longer wait times. We offer a call-back option or we have a number of online self-serve options available:
- Outage map – get up-to-date information in case of a power outage
- Account Online – use to open, move and close an account or sign up for paperless billing
- Request natural gas – check to see if natural gas is available at your location, get a cost estimate, request and schedule the installation
- Request electricity – put in a request for electricity service
