Our customer service representatives can take your non-emergency, natural gas and electricity calls about billing, payments and other energy-related services: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please note: these hours have been temporarily reduced to help us best protect the safety of our customer service employees, their families and communities.

Due to call volumes and the necessity to reduce our contact centre hours, you may experience longer wait times. We offer a call-back option or we have a number of online self-serve options available:

  • Outage map – get up-to-date information in case of a power outage
  • Account Online – use to open, move and close an account or sign up for paperless billing
  • Request natural gas – check to see if natural gas is available at your location, get a cost estimate, request and schedule the installation
  • Request electricity – put in a request for electricity service
