Your voice matters to us. That’s why we created an online community called MyVoice where you can share your perspectives about energy, home heating, and about our products and services. It’s also where we seek your perspectives for a lower carbon energy future in British Columbia.

MyVoice is where you can have your say on the topics that are most important to you. We want to hear from all British Columbians aged 19 and over, whether you’re a residential or commercial customer or just want a say in shaping our province’s energy options and programs.
- receiving optional 5-minute surveys once or twice a month
- adding your perspectives to help determine how we serve our customers best
- contributing to discussions about the best ways to move toward a lower carbon future in our province
- shape the ways we communicate with customers
