If you smell rotten eggs, it could be a natural gas leak. Go outside first and then call us.

Report electrical emergencies or power outages


If you see downed power lines, stay at least 10 metres away and call 911 or FortisBC.

Your safety is our priority. We’re aware that scammers and fraudsters are taking advantage of the COVID-19 outbreak and may phone or send texts, phishing emails or post on social media, threatening to disconnect your service. We've suspended all service disconnections for any financial reasons at this time.
