Before you dig in your yard or break ground on a job site, you need to find out where natural gas lines and other buried utilities are located to prevent damages and costly repairs. Get to know the three easy steps for digging safely.
Report natural gas emergencies
If you smell rotten eggs, it could be a natural gas leak. Go outside first and then call us.
Report electrical emergencies or power outages
If you see downed power lines, stay at least 10 metres away and call 911 or FortisBC.
