We know you may be facing financial uncertainty due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We’re here to help, waiving late fees, suspending disconnections and supporting you with flexible payment options that suit your individual needs. We’re also offering our Customer Recovery Fund to support our customers most impacted during this time.
Protect yourself from scams and fraud
Your safety is our priority. We’re aware that scammers and fraudsters are taking advantage of the COVID-19 outbreak and may phone or send texts, phishing emails or post on social media, threatening to disconnect your service. We’ve suspended all service disconnections for any financial reasons at this time.
Report natural gas emergencies
If you smell rotten eggs, it could be a natural gas leak. Go outside first and then call us.
Report electrical emergencies or power outages
If you see downed power lines, stay at least 10 metres away and call 911 or FortisBC.
