We work with our customers to help solve high bill problems year-round, not just in the winter months. If your bill is high, we’ll work with you to find a solution that may include payment arrangements. For example, we offer an Equal Payment Plan if you want to pay a fixed monthly payment. Making sure your rates are fair and competitive

We’re regulated by the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), an independent agency of the BC government. This means we must file rates, changes in rates and other rate matters with the BCUC for approval to make sure you receive fair and competitive rates.
