​FortisBC is committed to delivering on promises made and continuing to improve our customer service tools. As a result of installing advanced meters, we are pleased to now provide you with online access to your weekly, daily and hourly electricity usage. This tool provides electricity you with the ability to see how your electricity use changes at different times and empowers you to find ways to save energy and see what rebates may be available.

How does the tool work?

If you have access to account online you will automatically see the new information the first time you log in.

Features include:

  • Interactive charts to track your energy usage
  • Your energy use at different times throughout the day
  • Comparisons of your energy usage to previous billing periods

If you haven’t registered for Account Online, now is the time to do so. Registering is quick and easy and will provide you with access to the new tool and as well as other features.

Signing up is easy:

Create your online profile today by clicking the Account Online link located near the top right corner of every page. To register, you’ll need a piece of identification such as your driver’s licence and information from your most recent bill.
