Say yes to paperless!
FortisBC’s eBill service is a fast, easy and environmentally friendly way to access your natural gas bill. When you go paperless, your monthly natural gas bill will be delivered directly to your email address as a PDF file attached to the email. No extra steps. No need to remember a password.
To make the switch:
- Log in to your account online and change your delivery method to paperless in 3 easy steps, or
- Call us at 1-888-224-2710 and we’ll make the change for you.
How to change your bill delivery method online
Step 1
After logging into your account, next to “Bill delivery option” click “View/edit.” This will take you to “My profile.”
Step 2
At the bottom of the “My profile” page, under “Account options” click on the yellow “edit” button next to bill delivery method.
Step 3
Then select paperless bill-email from the drop-down menu and click the yellow “Save” button.
