For your convenience, we provide online access to your FortisBC natural gas account. Simply log in to your account to:
- View your current account blalance
- Sign up for eBill
- Download your gas consumption history
- Start, stop or move your service
- Submit your own meter reading
How to access Account Online
The Account Online Login link appears in the upper right corner of every page of the natural gas section of the FortisBC website. Clicking this link will take you to Account Online where you will enter your log in information.
Banish your paper bill
To sign up for eBill service and receive your monthly natural gas bill as a PDF attachment in your email inbox, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to http://accounts.fortisbc.com
- Click on “Profile” and then “My profile”
- Scroll down the page and under “Account options” click on “Edit” next to “Bill delivery options.”
(If you have not yet provided an email address for your FortisBC account click on “Edit my profile”. Enter your email address and click “Save changes”)
a) Click “Edit”
b) Select “Paperless bill - email”
c) Accept the terms and conditions and then click “Save.”
Important note: Account Online is optimized for the following browsers: Explorer 7, 8, 9, Safari 5.1.2 and Firefox 9.0. If you are using a different browser, issues with some functions may be experienced. We recommend using one of browsers noted here and if the issue persists please let us know by calling 1-888-224-2710.
