Create your online profile today by clicking the Account Online link located near the top right corner of every page. To register, you’ll need a piece of identification such as your driver’s licence and information from your most recent bill.
Are you a business customer? You’ll need the business’s phone number and information from your most recent bill.

Note: if you have both natural gas and electricity accounts with FortisBC, you will only need to register one of these accounts. Once this account is registered, you can link your other account and access both through the same Account Online log in.
