Canada Post has advised of a potential labour dispute and disruption to your mail as early as July. Now would be a good time to switch to paperless billing. By signing up for paperless billing you’ll receive your FortisBC bill in a timely manner and be able to keep your payments up to date.

There are two easy ways to sign up:
- Sign up for paperless billing in Account Online:
STEP 1 – log in to Account Online
STEP 2 – select Bill delivery options from the Billing menu
STEP 3 – follow the easy instructions to sign up
If you haven’t yet registered for Account Online, you will need a piece of identification such as your driver's licence and information found on your most recent FortisBC bill.
