We're reaching out to customers who currently have radio-off electricity meters to make sure they know about the benefits of switching to a radio-on meter.

What benefits, you ask?

By switching your meter to radio-on, you will receive more flexible billing options and more useful and timely online account information. For example:

  • picking your billing date
  • switching to monthly billing
  • not having to pay the per-read fee of $18, that you are currently paying

Plus! In early 2017, you will be able to view your detailed consumption information on our website, which will help you better understand and manage your energy use.
