Customer service

Customer service is something we take very seriously at FortisBC.

As we are also customers, we understand that when someone has a question about their energy usage or account, they want it answered as quickly and easily as possible.

It is a great honor to be recognized for our hard work at the most prestigious and sought after North American customer contact center awards program, Service Quality Measurement Awards (SQM). We took home four awards for outstanding service in both Contact Centre and Web Self-Service achievement for 2015. These awards represent high accomplishment in first call resolution, customer satisfaction performance, best practices and online experience.

Each day, we focus on delivering a good customer experience through understanding customer needs and expectations.
