​The customer service team represents FortisBC directly to our customers every day. They work from our in-house customer service centres in Burnaby, Prince George, Trail and Kelowna and are knowledgeable about our business as well as the province’s energy needs.

Customer service representative

As part of this team, you embrace our customer-centred culture and possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a key contact for customers inquiring about accounts, billing, payments and programs, as well as handling emergency calls. You’re supported by the latest customer service software and a comprehensive knowledge base, so computer skills are essential, including fast, accurate keyboarding and data entry. Knowledge of energy and utilities and previous call centre experience is great to have.
