Natural gas marketers are free to offer customers different terms and conditions. As a result, their pricing options will be different than those available from FortisBC.
What are the licensing requirements to become an independent gas marketer?
All gas marketers providing unbundled rates in BC must be qualified, approved and licensed by the British Columbia Utilities Commission. They must also adhere to the BCUC's Code of Conduct for Gas Marketers.
