Residential gas services for new construction and renovation projects
Do you need to install or remove gas service to a building? Submit your completed application by online form, fax, phone or email. We will then contact you with a price quote and review the service agreement for your approval.
To arrange gas services for new construction or renovation projects:

Include the following when you submit your application:
- the quantity and type of gas appliances to be connected,
- your delivery pressure, and
- the name and phone number of your heating contractor.
To meet your request, we require a minimum lead time of 4 weeks for the Lower Mainland (Metro Vancouver), 4 weeks for the Interior, 5 weeks for Squamish, and 5 weeks for Vancouver Island and Whistler.
*Please note some installations may require intensive planning and will not fall within these time frames. In those instances we will have a planner contact you regarding your project.
To have gas service removed, for example for a building demolition, submit the gas abandonment application form using the online gas application form, or download it in Word (266 KB) or PDF (53 KB) and submit it by phone, fax , mail, or email: email@example.com.
