We've introduced a Key Account designation to speed up service for builders and developers. 

We keep Key Account contact and billing information on file in order to reduce order processing time. Key Accounts require ongoing gas installation services for their projects and are the billable party for these services. 

Key Accounts also receive the following benefits:

• priority call handling
• up-to-the-minute tracking on all projects and orders
• better project coordination
• increased contact with field crews
• improved scheduling capability
• clear commitment to a service contract
• immediate pricing for routine jobs

If you're a developer and need a Key Account ID, please call toll-free 1-877-576-7200 or 604-576-7200 (Greater Vancouver area).  

When you qualify as a Key Account, you will have access to a dedicated service request line and a unique account number that automatically identifies you and your project(s).

Access your Key Account services

1. Use your new Key Account ID and phone number to contact us.
2. Provide the proper civic address for each meter set location (including unit number).
3. Call us early during your planning phase ? long lead times really help. Short notice seriously limits our flexibility!
4. Keep us informed about your progress ? we can re-schedule as often as necessary.
5. When our field crews call, confirm site readiness and job details.
6. Pass this information along to your site superintendent and project managers.
