- Direct Debit — Direct Debit allows FortisBC to automatically withdraw your bill payments from your financial institution. Most financial institutions that provide banking and chequing facilities, offer this convenient payment option. The amount your financial institution charges to process your transaction varies, depending on the type of financial institution and the type of account you maintain.

- Using telephone or internet banking — Many financial institutions allow you to pay your bills by phone or internet banking. Check out what your financial institution offers.

Please note that your FortisBC eBill stub cannot be remitted for payment at most financial institutions. Your FortisBC eBill can be paid via internet or telephone banking, or by signing up for direct debit.- By cheque mail to:
