The federal ecoENERGY Retrofit – Homes Program stopped accepting new registrations in January, two months earlier than anticipated. Homeowners who received a registration number from ecoENERGY prior to January 28, 2012 may still qualify for federal rebates and have until June 30, 2012 to complete their post-retrofit audit.
