Our TLC program has proven to be a big success once again with more than 18,000 furnaces and—this year for the first time—7,000 fireplaces serviced.
One participant has more than her gift card to be happy for. Andrea Maurice has her safety. She called her gasfitter to service her furnace for the first time since she’d bought her house four years ago. But the simple service revealed that the heat exchanger was slowly leaking carbon monoxide.
“I never would have made the financial plunge to get the furnace serviced without the incentive of a $25 gift card,” said Maurice. “It may have saved my family’s life.”
